Application Instructions<br />
Surface Preparation<br />
• Make sure the surface is improved and strong.<br />
• The surface must be free of debris that may prevent adhesion.<br />
• Repair Mortar Maxicer with the application surface defects should be corrected.<br />
• 25 kg Maxicer inner Location adhesive 6 to 7.5 Push gently on the water must be drained and mixed until<br />
a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Should be done with low speed mixer. Should not participate in any<br />
additives not mentioned in the Application Instructions.<br />
• Prepared mortar, to mature aged for 5-10 minutes. Stir for 1-2 minutes before you restart the application<br />
again.<br />
• To get a better adhesion of mortar, the surface with the flat side of trowel spreading threaded portion of the<br />
tile size selected in accordance with the notched trowel.<br />
• Tiles, within 20 minutes of applying force with a rubber hammer glued onto the combed mortar. Hightemperature,<br />
low humidity, sun, wind, etc may shorten this time to enviromental conditions. Bonding process<br />
must not be expired on mortar, the mortar must be scratched.<br />
• The mortar should be used within 3 hours.<br />
• Expired or shell mortar should be discarded.<br />
• After application tools and hands should be washed with plenty of water. Surfaces should be cleaned with<br />
a damp cloth.<br />
• Tiles in interior Maxicer direct contact with water for at least 24 hours should be avoided.<br />
• Joint filling process, the wall 8 hours on the ground should be done after 1 day.<br />
Warnings<br />
• Do not inhale cement dust, Avoid contact with skin and eyes.<br />
Storage: Up to 10 layer stacks, stored in a dry environment.<br />
