3. IPC outcomes are:<br />

a. Passing returns the student to normal<br />

4. IPC instructors. The Operations Officer or<br />

his representative designated in writing, usually a designated<br />

standardization instructor, will administer the IPC. The<br />

instructor that generated the UNSAT grade resulting in the IPC<br />

shall not administer the IPC. The Squadron IPC instructor is<br />

responsible for making a “return to training” or “continue the<br />

elimination process” recommendation to the Squadron CO.<br />

(c) FPC. The following defines when to conduct an<br />

FPC, FPC outcomes, and FPC instructors.<br />

1. Criteria for an FPC are:<br />

a. Following a failed IPC.<br />

b. If the conditions requiring an IPC exist<br />

and the student has already accomplished an IPC.<br />

c. Following the third academic test<br />
