1. T-39 Strike Training Philosophy. Advanced NFO Strike<br />
training enhances navigation, communication, and aircraft<br />
systems management skills developed in the Intermediate Phase.<br />
The primary focus will be on improving professional development<br />
by emphasizing strike planning, real-world timing, radar theory<br />
and operation, crew coordination, and mission commander<br />
responsibilities.<br />
2. T-39 Fighter Flight Support Training Philosophy. Fighter<br />
(F) training enhances briefing, navigation, communication, and<br />
aircraft systems management skills developed in the Advanced<br />
Strike syllabus. The primary focus is learning how to<br />
effectively use the air-to-air radar and intercept procedures to<br />
maneuver the aircraft into a position to employ weapons.<br />
3. T-45C ATM Ground Training Philosophy. Advanced ATM training<br />
bridges the gap between your T-39 flights and fleet tactical<br />
aircraft. The primary focus will be on building situational<br />
awareness and improving systems management skills.
