This limited edition <strong>of</strong> 250 large paper copies was printed by William Bulmer (1757–1830), <strong>and</strong><br />
includes several wood engravings by Richard T. Austin, who had apprenticed to the wood engraver,<br />
John Bewick, brother <strong>of</strong> the renowned Thomas Bewick. <strong>From</strong> 1800 to 1818 Austin executed miniatures,<br />
engravings <strong>and</strong> vignettes for numerous booksellers. This edition is accompanied by a detailed biography<br />
<strong>of</strong> More, <strong>and</strong> a literary introduction by T.F. Dibdin (1776–1847), the English bibliographer whose<br />
writings helped to stimulate interest in bibliography in the early nineteenth century.<br />
