The milstd package, which provides the digital logic-gate <strong>symbols</strong> specified by the<br />
U.S. Department of Defense’s MIL-STD-806 standard, was written as a L ATEX 2.09<br />
.tex file, not as a L ATEX 2ε package. Consequently, it must be loaded into a<br />
document with \input milstd, not with the more modern \usepackage{milstd}.<br />
