Issue fifteen:<br />

You told us about a couple of dead trees on Brightwell Road and that a tree needs<br />

trimming on Harmer Road.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> <strong>Council</strong>’s response is:<br />

We have reported both of these tree issues to our Arboricultural Officer; the trees on<br />

Brightwell Road will be inspected and they’ll be removed if considered dangerous. The<br />

trees on Harmer Road that were sprouting from the bottom have all had these removed.<br />

Issue sixteen:<br />

You advised the bin store for 17 – 31 Hillmead has communal bin with no lid.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> <strong>Council</strong>’s response is:<br />

We have reported this through to our contractors for replacement, under reference number:<br />

EH12/24481<br />

Issue seventeen:<br />

You told us about cars occasionally parking on the inside of the double yellow lines<br />

by the junction of Harmer Road / Woodcock rd, blocking visibility.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> <strong>Council</strong>’s response is:<br />

Parking on the inside of double yellow lines is still classed as illegal parking. Residents are<br />

advised to report this through to the council when the problem occurs with details of the<br />

car/s to enable our parking enforcement officer to attend.<br />

Issue eighteen: You advised the pathway has sunk on the corner of Harmer Road<br />

outside no. 44.<br />

The <strong>City</strong> <strong>Council</strong>’s response is:<br />

A highways officer will complete a site inspection and arrange for work, if necessary.<br />
