During the membership meeting Friday, October 7, 2011 each team received an envelope that contained their renewal<br />
forms for the 2012-skirmish season as well as a roster update form. If for any reason, you do not have your<br />
forms, contact the executive secretary for new a new set.<br />
It has been both a privilege and a pleasure to serve the <strong>North</strong>-<strong>South</strong> <strong>Skirmish</strong> <strong>Association</strong> this past year. I look<br />
forward to working with everyone during the 2012 skirmish season.<br />

November 24, 2011 Reports for the January Board Packet are due to the National Adjutant.<br />
Team participation reports from regional commanders are due to the Executive Secretary.<br />
<strong>Skirmish</strong> dates for 2012 from regional commanders are due to the Executive Secretary.<br />
December 1, 2011 Membership renewal rosters and camper surveys due.<br />
Renewals postmarked after December 5, 2011 will be charged a late fee per member.<br />
January 1, 2012 Membership cards will be mailed.<br />
January 28 & 29, 2012 January Board of Directors Meeting.<br />
Early February Spring Nationals Registration will be mailed<br />
May 16-20, 2012 Spring Nationals<br />
Early June, 2012 Fall Nationals Registration packet will be mailed.<br />
