Small Arms Committee -Report acknowledge<br />
Statistics Officer Report – <strong>The</strong> Statistics Officer’s report was acknowledged.<br />
<strong>The</strong> design for the 5 Gun Aggregate shooting award was distributed for review. J. Malarkey moved to approve the 5 Gun Aggregate shooting<br />
award medal design. Motion accepted.<br />
Bivouac Officer’s - Report was acknowledged.<br />
Provost Marshall – Report was acknowledged.<br />
Property Management Committee – R. Bethke reported that floods have been a major problem this year, which puts some of the smaller<br />
projects on hold. It was reported that due to bad weather and conflicting schedules during the past couple of years have curtailed these<br />
events prompting us to develop an alternative plan to achieve the needed work. <strong>The</strong> new system will system will be called “Adopt a Project”.<br />
<strong>The</strong> Property Management Committee will set up various projects such as building maintenance, fences, etc. and offer them to volunteering<br />
N-SSA units. Those who wish to adopt a project will select and perform maintenance yearly at their leisure but under the guidance<br />
of the Property Management Committee. <strong>The</strong> committee will supply materials and continue to perform the repairs that the volunteering<br />
units are unable to do. Individuals within the units who volunteer and participate will earn points toward the pioneer patch. <strong>The</strong><br />
Property Management Committee report was acknowledged.<br />
History and Education Committee – Report was acknowledged.<br />
Historical Center Report - Report was acknowledged.<br />
Recruiting <strong>Skirmish</strong> - Jack Richardson addressed the board in regards to rule 19.2.2 NON-MEMBER FIRING AT REGIONAL SKIR-<br />
MISHES and the recruitment skirmish that is to be held in the New England region. <strong>The</strong> region must hold skirmish in accordance with<br />
current rules. <strong>The</strong>re are no rules to cover a recruitment skirmish.<br />
S. Myers moved to take policy 1991.2 and incorporate into the rules as 19.4. Motion passed by hand vote. Procedures must be written to<br />
cover the 19.4 ruling and will be presented at the January board meeting.<br />
<strong>Regional</strong> Range Committee - Report was acknowledged.<br />
Veteran’s Committee - Report was acknowledged.<br />
Costume Committee - Report was acknowledged.<br />
