Photo # 2 below is a picture of Jackie Venskoske’s large tractor that he used to move the 1200 pound millstone
from the Bayliss family property near Fort Shenandoah to the Mill Park for installaon. The millstone was donated
by our neighbors, Bentley and Shotsie Bayliss to fulfill a promise made to the N-SSA by their deceased father,
E. E. “Junior” Bayliss.
The Fort Shenandoah Mill Park dedicaon ceremony was opened by Steve Light at about noon on Friday of the
122 nd Naonal Skirmish. He welcomed the skirmishers and guests. He called for the posng of the colors. The
color guard is shown in the following photo # 3.
