I also wore the same belt buckle that I wore in ‘61 and still wear as part of my <strong>Skirmish</strong> uniform<br />
while John wore his 1961 Manassas Reenactment medal. <strong>Inc</strong>redibly another SCV member<br />
of our color guard, Scott Van Ness, was also at the Centennial Commemoration but being<br />
only 12-years old at the time, he was too young to be on the field and sat as a spectator in the<br />
stands with his family. He still has his ticket stub after all these years.<br />
It was another not-to-be-forgotten day.<br />
