I would like to thank Dieke Postma and Flemm<strong>in</strong>g Larsen for competently<br />

guid<strong>in</strong>g me through <strong>the</strong> PhD, always dos<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> right amount of realism and<br />

optimism for me to carry on. I appreciated very much <strong>the</strong> professional support by<br />

Rasmus Jakobsen dur<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> last part of <strong>the</strong> PhD, as well as <strong>the</strong> many friendly<br />
