simply and at low cost.
The Stabisol product series for cheese preparations and recombined specialities
Cheese is a product with a long tradition,
and is manufactured to strict specifications.
Only products made with specific ingredients using traditional
methods may be called cheese. Products that contain a certain
proportion of cheese are called “cheese preparations.”
Products that have similar properties, such as melting behaviour
and consistency, but are made with new techniques, may
not be called cheese.
However, these imitations can be used as alternatives to cheese.
In countries without large supplies of fresh milk, similar products
produced with Hydrosol stabilising systems offer a way
Consumers appreciate and enjoy innovative cheese preparation
product ideas. Hydrosol stabilising systems give dairies,
speciality food makers, snack makers and melting cheese producers
numerous ways to make attractive cheese preparations.
Batch production is simple and uncomplicated, requiring
nothing more than a double-sided cooker and a filling system.
In addition, cheese preparations offer attractive savings
potential - as a rule they can be made at lower cost than real
cheese, especially because vegetable fat can be used.
to make delicious and inexpensive products without using milk
or fresh cheese.
The supplementary manufacture of cheese preparations or
alternatives can help speciality food companies can keep their
machines working at capacity. In fact, it is often cheaper to
keep this simple production in-house than to buy the finished
product.
Making delicious cheese preparations and recombined
specialities, simply and inexpensively.
