Nibs You are to get up, Tink, and take Wendy on a journey.<br />

<strong>Peter</strong> walks to the Fairy’s chamber UC<br />
<strong>Peter</strong> Tink, if you don’t get up and dress at once, I will open the curtains and then we shall see<br />
you in your negligee.<br />

Wendy (addressing the boys in general but <strong>Peter</strong> in particular) Dear ones,<br />
if you will all come with me, I feel almost sure I can get my father and mother to adopt you.<br />

Wendy Oh no, it will only mean having a few beds in the drawing-room and, if necessary, they<br />
can be hidden behind screens.<br />
There are shouts of hooray and general agreement<br />
