PACKING AND HANDLING
Some items are subject to crating charge.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping is freight collect unless otherwise specified. A 15% surcharge will be
added to all prepaid freight. All items are FOB Burbank, CA USA with the buyer
assuming all shipping charges. Matthews Studio Equipment’s responsibility ceases
upon the delivery of the shipment to the carrier. Please inspect your package(s)
immediately for signs of damage. If there are any physical indications that damage
may have occurred in transit, open the box and inspect the goods prior to
accepting and signing for the shipment. In case of damage YOU MUST CONTACT
THE FREIGHT COMPANY AND FILE A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM as soon as
posible. After you have filed the claim please call us TOLL FREE at 800/CE.STAND,
give us your claim number and Matthews will issue an RMA, return materials
authorization, and assign a particular number to your return. Matthews does not
reimburse any shipping costs what so ever for goods damaged during shipment.
The claim form that you filed with the freight company is your ‘free shipping’. DO
NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS TO MATTHEWS WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE
ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order # and the RMA # and
include them with your return shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
WEIGHTS & SPECIFICATIONS
Matthews has made a diligent effort to illustrate and describe the products in this
catalog accurately; however, illustrations and descriptions, including descriptions
of dimensions and weight, are for identification purposes only, and are not warranties
that the products will conform to the illustrations or descriptions. Descriptions of output
and other performance levels of our product are based on normal use conditions, as
well as installation and operation by qualified persons. However, these descriptions
are not warranties. Product performance or output may also be affected by state and
local regulations on sales, construction, installation and/or use of products. All weights

WARRANTY
Matthews Studio Equipment products are warranted against defects for one year
from date of purchase. Within this period of time Matthews will repair it without charge
for labor or parts. Warranty does not cover transportation costs nor does it cover a
product subjected to misuse or accidental damage. warranty repairs are subjected to
inspection and evaluation by Matthews Studio Equipment.
