She is big middle, stout, and the right kind. She ranks in the top 1% of the breed for MM EPD, top 10% for Marb EPD, and really high on both economic index’s. She is out of a two-year-old Stetson daughter from our Candy 350M donor cow family. This heifer is good enough to highlight any pen of sale heifers we decide to put her with. Power-Pax daughters . . . have proven their ability as great producing cows in our herd as well as data from daughters in the ASA Carcass Merit herds. Power-Pax has proven through actual carcass data to be one of the best YG and highest REA SimAngus bulls in the breed through progeny harvested in the Carcass Merit Program and he offers true outcross genetics. The 16 daughters in the sale average as a group in the top 10% of the breed for YG EPD and top 1% for REA EPD. That is astounding statistics for a group of 16 ½ sisters. He is one of those rare bulls that is simply a breeding machine and you can put him with 50 or 60 cows with no worry of everything getting bred on time. If we try to write footnotes on these heifers, they will all sound the same, “stout, powerful, big Lot 208 middle, and huge REA”, so no need to take the space nor your time reading it over and over. Do your homework here, look at the cow families represented, look at the maternal sires standing behind these heifers, and take advantage of a chance to put together a large group of sisters with tremendous economic performance and carcass genetics. Do a little math, average the EPDs of these heifers, and mate them to S D S In Force 112Y. Do you think those numbers will be any problem to market in the future?
