Opinion
No. 01–706. Rex Sprietsma, Administrator of the Estate of Jeanne
Sprietsma, Deceased, Petitioner v. Mercury Marine, a Division of
Brunswick Corporation. On writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of
Illinois. Judgment reversed, and case remanded to the Supreme Court
of Illinois for further proceedings not inconsistent with the opinion of
this Court. Opinion by Justice Stevens.
