et al., Petitioners v. Washington Legal Foundation, et al. On petition<br />

for writ of certiorari to the United States <strong>Court</strong> of Appeals for the<br />

Fifth Circuit. Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated,<br />

and case remanded to the United States <strong>Court</strong> of Appeals for the Fifth<br />

Circuit for further consideration in light of Brown v. Legal Foundation<br />

of Washington, 538 U. S. ––– (2003).<br />

Orders in Pending Cases<br />

No. 02M77. Joanne Clark, Petitioner v. William L. Henninger, Deputy<br />

Sheriff. Motion to direct the Clerk to file a petition for a writ of<br />

certiorari out-of-time denied.<br />

No. 02–473. United States, Petitioner v. Lashawn Lowell Banks. Motion<br />

for appointment of counsel granted, and it is ordered that Randall<br />

J. Roske, Esquire, of Las Vegas, Nevada, is appointed to serve as counsel<br />

for the respondent in this case.<br />

of the Navy, et al. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed<br />
