No. 02–1295. The Citizens Bank, Petitioner v. Alafabco, Inc., et al.
On petition for writ of certiorari to the Supreme Court of Alabama.
Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment reversed, and case
remanded to the Supreme Court of Alabama for further proceedings
not inconsistent with the opinion of this Court. Opinion per curiam.
