On petition for writ of certiorari to the <strong>Supreme</strong> <strong>Court</strong> of Alabama.<br />

Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment reversed, and case<br />

remanded to the <strong>Supreme</strong> <strong>Court</strong> of Alabama for further proceedings<br />

not inconsistent with the opinion of this <strong>Court</strong>. Opinion per curiam.<br />
