Date of Information PRELIMINARY NOTES AND CAUTIONARY STATEMENT In this Annual Information Form (the “AIF”), information is given as at December 31, 2012, unless stated otherwise. Except as otherwise required by the context, reference to “Endeavour” or the “Corporation” in this AIF means, collectively, Endeavour Mining Corporation and its subsidiaries. Currency and Exchange Rates All currency references in this AIF are in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.
