N.O. 94 Courses of Instruction at Lithgow Small Arms Factory.
1914, The course of instruction at the Small Arms Factory,
continued. Lithgow, will be such as to give the ratings a thorough
knowledge of the rifle to enable them to deal with any
repairs, and to know all details and methods of manufacture,
sighting, testing, &c.

General.—Not more than ten (10) ratings are to be sent
at any one time.
2. While undergoing courses of instruction the Warrant
Officer, Chief or Petty Officer from Cerberus in charge of
the class, and the ratings forming the class, are to be placed
on Lodging and Victualling Allowances. (N. 14/3742.)
