• The establishment of <strong>the</strong> C&K Member Services team<br />
• All service’s receiving <strong>the</strong>ir QKFS funding in accordance<br />
with <strong>the</strong> publishing funding distribution cycle<br />

Government Census (a prerequisite to receiving<br />

• 11 workshops and professional development days<br />
• 4 regional conferences<br />
• More than 10,000 contacts with services and committees<br />
ei<strong>the</strong>r face to face, by phone, email or letter<br />
• 2 teleconferences and 2 e-learning opportunities for<br />
provisionally registered teachers<br />
In <strong>2011</strong>, <strong>the</strong> Member Services team has established a strong<br />
professional service capacity providing all services with<br />
high standards in customer service in <strong>the</strong> complex area of<br />
funding. This will continue to benefit all services that have<br />
signed with C&K as <strong>the</strong>ir central governing body.<br />
