Note 4: Events after Balance Sheet Date
(a) C&K will be changing to an Incorporated Association to an Unlisted Public Company Limited Guarantee from 1 July
2012.
(b) C&K have entered into a contract to purchase land at 29 Nathan Avenue Ashgrove, to build the C&K Centre for
Excellence. Purchase for the land amounted to $1,700,000 and settlement occurred on 19 March 2012.
Note 5: Segment reporting
The C&K Association of Queensland operates predominantly in one business segment, the childhood services sector and only
operated in one geographical segment, Australia.
