Alumni: Greater Hartford <strong>Community</strong> <strong>College</strong>, Hartford State Technical <strong>College</strong> and <strong>Capital</strong> <strong>Community</strong> <strong>College</strong> alumni receive a 10%<br />
discount on select courses for ALUMNI symbol for eligible courses. Year of graduation required for completion of a credit degree or<br />
certificate.<br />
Take 2: Register yourself and a friend for select courses and receive a 20% discount on the second registration. Look for TAKE 2 symbol<br />
for eligible courses. Both registrations must be done at the same time.<br />
Group Discounts: Register 3 or more individuals for the same course and receive a discount. Call (860) 906-5130 for information.<br />
Terms: Discounts only available at the time of registration. Discount is non-transferrable, cumulative or applicable to materials, books or<br />
special fees. Discount cannot be used for cash. Cannot be combined with other offers. Other restrictions may apply.<br />
Scholarships<br />
SNAP: If you receive Food Stamps (SNAP-ET recipients), you may be eligible to take certain certificate program courses FREE! Call the<br />
Division of <strong>Continuing</strong> <strong>Education</strong>’s SNAP-ET hotline at (860) 906-5019 for more information, or look for the SNAP designation SNAP<br />
throughout this catalog for qualifying programs.<br />
WIA: CT Works (WIA - Workforce Investment Act monies are available to qualified persons). Call CT Works at (860) 256-3675 or visit them at<br />
3580 Main Street, Hartford. Go to www.ct.gov/dol for further information. Look for the WIA designation WIA throughout this catalog<br />
for qualifying programs.<br />
