June / July 2011
Summer months see unprecedented
demand for NFFF Training school
Another 2 courses have passed since the last issue and we are seeing unprecedented levels of demand for what is usually a quiet time of year. Both the June
and July courses have been sold out and our new tutors are now fully established in the school with Craig Buckley and Dan Harding both assisting on the recent
courses. As usual, feedback has been excellent.
On the June course we were delighted to be joined by Paul Lawlass and Ken Skeoch who had both travelled from Singapore. Working for Smith’s Fish and
Chips, based in Tanjong Katong, they continued the relationship the NFFF have with the restaurant, being the latest of several ex-pat, staff members who have
come to us for training. Smith’s are a great example of how fish and chips are still growing as a global phenomenon and with the right training anything is
possible.
