una terapeuta y escritora de
Sudáfrica, un cura de Holanda,
un director de empresa de
Canadá… me diesen las gracias y
me felicitasen por este trabajo de
voluntariado bien hecho.
De verdad me gustaría
aprender más cosas sobre mí,
quién soy, qué quiero, qué puedo
hacer con mi vida, cómo no
soñar tanto, cómo olvidar todo
lo que me ha pasado y lo que he
sufrido, para poder ir adelante.
Con tanta gente que te
aprecia y te da las gracias, he
aprendido a valorarme más a mi
misma.
Y como no valorarme,
cuando veo que consigo llegar
al alma de una persona solo en
una conversación de poco más
de 1 hora, cuando la gente me
abre su corazón, contándome
sus historias, como si fuésemos
amigos.
Creo que con cada historia
he crecido, aprendiendo cosas
sobre la vida, reformando mis
opiniones. Con cada peregrino
que se ha confesado conmigo, he
dado un paso en mi camino.
Camino(Drumul). Am inteles
ca oamenii au nevoie de putine
lucruri materiale si de mult mai
multe spirituale.
Am invatat ce forta imi
poate da mie momentul cand un
pelerin te priveste in ochi si iti
multumeste.
Am invatat ca lucrurile
cele mai simple sunt de fapt
cele mai importante. M-au
impresionat mult si alti pelerini:
un director de Spital din Roma, o
terapeuta si scriitoare din Africa
de Sud, un preot din Olanda, un
director de comanie din Canada...
si multi altii, care mi-au multumit
si m-au felicitat pentru munca de
voluntriat bine facuta.
Alesesem acest proiect
si in dorinta de a afla mai multe
despre ime insami, cine sunt, ce
vreau cu adevarat, ce pot face in
viata, cum sa nu mai visez asa
mult, si cum sa uit si sa trec peste
momentele dificile prin care am
trecut, pentru a putea merge mai
departe.
Prin intermediul tuturor
celor pe care i-am intalnit si care
m-au apreciat, am invatat sa am
mai multa incredere in mine
insami. Si cum sa nu apreciez
asta, cand am reusit sa ajung la
sufletul unei persoane dupa nici
o ora de conersatie, cand oameni
din toata lume isi deschid sufletul
in fata mea, povestindu-mi
intamplari din viata lor de parca
am fi fost dintotdeauna prieteni.
Sunt sigura ca am crescut cu
fiecare poveste de pe Camino,
ca am invatat multe despre viata,
reformulandu-mi prioritatile.
Fiecare pelerin si povestea lui, au
fost pentru mine, un pas inainte
pe Drumul meu-Mi Camino.
I learned that people need very
few material things and more
of the spiritual. I learned about
what strength this can give to
me, simply when a pilgrim looks
at me in the eyes, and gives
me thanks from their heart. I
understood that the simplest
things are the most important.
A big impression was left
on me by a director of a hospital
in Rome, a therapist and a writer
from South Africa, a priest from
the Netherlands, a director of
a business from Canada ... they
thanked me and congratulated
me for some voluntary work that
had been well done. Truthfully, I
would like to learn more things
about myself, about who I am,
what I want, what I can do
with my life, how not to dream
so much, how to forget all that
has occurred to me and that I
have suffered, to be able to go
forward. With so many people
who appreciate you and who give
you their thanks, I have learned
to value myself much more. And
how not to value myself, when
I see that I succeed reaching
the soul of a single person in a
conversation of a little more than
one hour, when people open to
me their hearts, recounting their
stories, as if we had always been
friends. I believe that, with every
story, I grew, learning things
about life, revising my opinions.
With every pilgrim who has
confessed with me, I have walked
a step on my own path.
