Advocacy in Action is an independent advocacy organisation for people with a learning disability living in Falkirk and Clackmannanshire. Advocacy is helping someone to
speak up for themselves, supporting them to express their views and to stand up for their rights. We have a separate young people’s advocacy project in
Clackmannanshire, funded until 2013 by The Big Lottery. The project enables us to work with people who are learning disabled aged between 14 and 25 and who need
