A referral can be made to the team by professionals & individualswho are at risk of homelessness or who are currently homeless and require support to set up and<br />

maintain a tenancy. An initial assessment is completed with all individuals who are referred to the service. This determines what the housing support needs are and<br />

if they can be met by the team. The Housing Support Team can provide support and advice on a range of tenancy issues such as; applying for housing and council<br />

tax benefits, applying for benefits and grants, budgeting and managing debts, dealing with rent arrears estalishing links in the local community.<br />
