found free from the pest by official inspection of
at least a 10% sample during the flowering period.
Plants for planting other than

Free from Rhopalomyia chrysanthemi.
Plants for planting other than seeds should be free
from Erwinia chrysanthemi.

acerbella, Helicoverpa armigera, Spodoptera
littoralis and Spodoptera litura not observed at the
place of production since the beginning of the last
complete cycle of vegetation or effective control
carried out against these pests.
Officially inspected at least once every month
during the three months prior to export and no
symptoms of Puccinia horiana observed during
this period, or appropriately treated against this
pest.
In the case of unrooted cuttings, no symptoms of
Didymella chrysanthemi observed on the cuttings
or on the plants from which the cuttings were
derived; in the case of rooted cuttings, no
symptoms of Didymella chrysanthemi observed on
the cuttings or on the rooting bed.
