and students relationship is essential to get better academic results;
similarly the 47% percentage of students stated teachers´ flexibility

updated and appropriate contents cause lack of interest and low student´s
performance until they go down to scholar abandon , so the learning process
can be affected in a great scale by the teachers ´ work ethic as well as the
negative relationship between the learner and the teacher , as the 69% of
