- The existent diversity among human beings is very big. No one thinks or
acts the same. In fact, the starting of the higher education is a difficult
stage to face for some students while for some others is just a stage. So
that, the transition from school to the college is a situation that needs to be
took into account since the primary and secondary school in order to
prepare students not only academically but also, psychologically to reduce
the impact and fear that makes a part of students` population becomes a
deserter.
- So for that reason, it is compelling that the UES authorities take into
account the influence those factors have on the students´ population. In
order to improve the quality of education through some recommenda tion
that have been established in accordance to the findings and also, the
necessities and difficulties students point out and in this way, avoid school
abandon and to increase the academic success on the students population,
the college authorities ought to think up new policies of studies in order to
overcome the hindrances that the majority of students face when they are
studying.
