All employees, who worked in a state org<strong>an</strong>izati<strong>on</strong> until 1999, regardless if <strong>the</strong>y live in<br />
Kosovo or not receive this fin<strong>an</strong>cial<br />
aid. The C<strong>on</strong>stituti<strong>on</strong>al<br />
Court of Serbia reacted also<br />
regarding this problem, by a decisi<strong>on</strong><br />
<strong>on</strong> 16 April 2010 <str<strong>on</strong>g>with</str<strong>on</strong>g> number<br />
IUl – 246 / 09 where it is<br />
stated that this act of government<br />
bodies <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> state org<strong>an</strong>izati<strong>on</strong>s<br />
is not in accord<strong>an</strong>ce <str<strong>on</strong>g>with</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong><br />
C<strong>on</strong>stituti<strong>on</strong> of Republic of Serbia<br />

Even after <strong>an</strong>nouncement of this decisi<strong>on</strong>, government of<br />
Serbia does not respect this act<br />
undertaken by <strong>the</strong> highest judiciary<br />
body of <strong>the</strong>ir state.<br />

43.000 people received this aid for Kosovo since<br />
1999 until today, regardless<br />
where <strong>the</strong>y live. Regarding wages<br />
of “Kosovski Dodatak“around<br />
1 billi<strong>on</strong> dinars are taken<br />
from <strong>the</strong> budget of government<br />

Zubin Potok <strong><strong>an</strong>d</strong> Leposavic until 31.10.2010 reaches <strong>the</strong> sum of 5.141.689,00 Euro.<br />
