On the basis of article 24 of the statute of the Public enterprise “Zeleznice Srbije”
(Official Gazette of the public transportation enterprise
Beograd, no. 4/2005 dated
16. 05.2005), I am making the following
ORDER
I
It is ordered
to the employees in the public enterprise “Zeleznice Srbije” who work for
UNMIK
railways to accept duties, responsibilities and orders exclusively from the PE
“Zelezn ice Srbije” .
II
It is ordered to the employees from paragraph
I of this order to terminate all concluded
agreements and arrange ments <strong>with</strong> UNMIK railways, otherwise the same will be considered
as not
valid.
III
Disobeying of this order will make a basis for termination
of the Contract on employment of
employees from paragraph I of this order.
IV
This order will come to effect on 01.03.2008.
