Article 6: This article authorizes the transfer <strong>of</strong> funds in accordance with<br />

section 9(a) <strong>of</strong> the Municipal Cemetery Rules & Regulations, as revised, which<br />

states that monies from the sale <strong>of</strong> all cemetery lots sold after January 1, 1996<br />

will go into a Cemetery Maintenance Trust Fund. The monies are used or the<br />

care and maintenance <strong>of</strong> all municipal cemeteries or left in the Trust to increase<br />

the Trust Fund. This article has no impact on the proposed 2011 Tax Rate.<br />

Article 7 <strong>Enfield</strong> Trails Maps are available for purchase at the <strong>Enfield</strong><br />

<strong>Town</strong> Office and <strong>Enfield</strong> Village Association Information Office. The original<br />

intent was to have the revenue from sales available for reprinting <strong>of</strong> the map.<br />

The charge for the map currently exceeds the actual cost <strong>of</strong> printing, though<br />

future printing costs are unknown. Revenues generated as <strong>of</strong> December 31, <strong>2010</strong><br />

were $370. This article authorizes the <strong>Town</strong> to open an expendable trust fund<br />

into which an amount equal to revenues from <strong>2010</strong> will be withdrawn from the<br />

unreserved fund balance, deposited into the newly created account, and expended<br />

as authorized by the Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen for the purposes <strong>of</strong>:<br />

1. Printing future copies <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Enfield</strong> Trails Map<br />

2. Future revisions <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Enfield</strong> Trails Map<br />

3. Maintaining trails located within the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Enfield</strong><br />

4. Creating new trails within the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Enfield</strong>
