Two Decades of Growing and Knowing
It all started In a tiny 20' x 15' office just a few months after tfie armistice.
Most of the Gl's who would come home, were home. New construction
was underway, but in a soft tempo, handicapped no end by the dearth of
materials and ready capital. But the optimism and faith in the future was no
more evident than in Ocean City,
Looking back these 20 years, we realiie now how fortunate we were
to start our brokerage office, small as it was, at this particular Hnte, It was a
treasure of experience is gained.
And our garage-size office budded new rooms and underwent two
major expansion programs in the interim, A third remodelling was completed

and updated bookkeeping and filing systems. And we also acquired two
new salesmen to meet the ever-increasing pressure of business.
Last year was the busiest in the resort's history. Present indications
are that 1966 will be even better, tut whatever your requirements may be,
