To improve the yield of the ester synthesis, there were performed experiments in order to<br />

optimize the synthesis of ester 31. For this we studied the influence of the molar ratios of 1,2-<br />

aminoalcoolul: benzyl chloride 28 and 1,2-aminoalcool: TEA on the yield. In table 2.4 and figure<br />

2.4 there are presented the results obtained with the variation of 1,2-<br />

aminoalcool: benzoyl chloride moar ratio.<br />
