1. Finance – I can say – we did well. We gained the approval of the Government<br />
department dealing with associations <strong>for</strong> managing our finance well, and we managed<br />
to cover our various expenses without delays.<br />
2. Shlichut: Lots of time was invested to get hold of our candidates to replace Shlichim.<br />
In South Africa both Shlichot finishing their Shlichut during 2010. Mor Rubinstein<br />
finishes two years of real successful Shlichut on October 1 st , and her replacement is<br />
Netanel Gozlan, graduate of Noar Telem – Netzer Israel. Rina Even-David our<br />
Shlichah to Cape Town, will stay on Shlichut till after summer camp in January, and<br />
will be starting her overlapping period with her replacement -Anat Manilevitz, by<br />
November. Anat is also a graduate of Noar Telem, and Chnicha of Rina in the past. In<br />
the USA, Chanan Cidor finished two years of Shlichut to Kesher – first and then to<br />
Nfty, and was replaced by Roy Shiff. In France, Yonatan Gozlan finished two years of<br />
Shlichut, through which he established the movement t<strong>here</strong>, and was replaced by Ilyll<br />
Sneh Or. Igal Entenberg finished two years of Shlichut to Netzer and TaMaR Panama.<br />
Due to local decision, he was not replaced, a fact we know didn't help the Sniff t<strong>here</strong>,<br />
and after plenty of negotiations, a Netzer Shlichut new position was approved first time<br />
<strong>for</strong> our Netzer Sniff of Barcelona. Daniel Sonenshine, boger of Noar Telem who made<br />
Aliya to Israel from Argentina, was elected to be our first Shaliach to Barcelona. Ben<br />
Yarden finished two years of Shlichut to RSY Netzer of Britain and due to local<br />
decision was not replaced. Instead, we gained another new position of Shlichut – this<br />
time to TaMaR. Roy Siny is our first ever Shaliach to TaMaR. He is located in Munich,<br />
Germany and will serve TaMaR in Germany and its surrounding countries. Shlichim<br />
staying on Shlichut are: Anat Baruch and Dana Bar Tzuri in Australia. Dana<br />
Fridman – Shlicha to LJY Netzer of Britain. Judith Weinberger – Netzer Germany<br />
Shlicha and Yehudit Wershow – URJ and Nfty Shlicha.<br />
3. Netzer Olami Staff: On January 2010, our Staff gained three staff members: Raya<br />
Even-David – Chinuch coordinator and Mekas<strong>here</strong>t to Shnat, Haim Shalom – Chinuch<br />
coordinator <strong>for</strong> Shnat and Adi Bloom Etgar Madrich. Beside, madrichim were hired<br />
along the year to guide our Shnat optional groups in the various cities.<br />
4. Special Events: NetzFest of 2010 turned to become great success. Also, the summer<br />
Mega Event conducted by Lapid of which Netzer is one <strong>for</strong> the 7 founders, <strong>for</strong> 5000<br />
participants was a real success. Our Veidot – of Netzer as well as TaMaR went well<br />
even tough we confronted unexpected last minute difficulties.<br />
5. Representing Netzer: Netzer today is an obviously a full recognized and equal<br />
"player" amongst all of the rest youth movements. Netzer is respected and appreciated<br />
<strong>for</strong> its worldwide success. <strong>The</strong> Mazkir has to work hard in order to make sure – it is the<br />
case.<br />
