rules on the definition, description and presentation of spirit drinks 1
and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1014/90 of 24 April 1990
laying down detailed implementing rules on the definition, description
and presentation of spirit drinks 2 ;
(b) originate in Bosnia and Herzegovina and have been produced in
conformity with the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina which shall be in
conformity with Community legislation;
3) aromatised wines falling under heading 22.05 of the Convention referred to
in paragraph 1, which:
(a) originate in the Community and comply with Council
Regulation (EEC) No 1601/91 of 10 June 1991 laying down general
rules on the definition, description and presentation of aromatised
wines, aromatised wine-based drinks and aromatised wine-product
cocktails 3 ;
or
(b) originate in Bosnia and Herzegovina, have been produced in
conformity with the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which shall be in
conformity with Community legislation.
