Lubrication free motors<br />

The lube free LZL models are designed for reliable running<br />

at very low and medium speeds. The absence of lubrication<br />

results in a cleaner surrounding area and no contaminating<br />

aerosols to come in contact with the driven equipment.<br />

These motors are among other applications ideal for mixing.<br />

To further ensure a clean and hygienic environment, a double<br />

shaft seal is used and all components that come in contact<br />

with the mixed medium are made of corrosion resistant<br />

material. Thanks to a new cylinder design and highly stable<br />

bearings, LZL require no extra drive shaft support and is<br />

ready for mounting without add-ons. For good adaptability,<br />

the lube free motors are available with IEC or NEMA.<br />

Mixer motors are EX certified according to ATEX directive<br />

Ex II 2G T5 IICD 85° C.<br />

Data at air pressure 6.3 bar (91psi)<br />

Stainless steel motors<br />

Stainless steel motors are available in the size LZL 05. They<br />

are lube free and have the same features as the other lube<br />

free motors. All external parts including the output shaft<br />

are made of stainless steel which make the motors very<br />

corrosion resistant and thereby ideal is applications like food<br />

industry, corrosive mixing applications and chemical industry.<br />

These motors are EX certified according to ATEX directive<br />

Ex II 2G T4 IICD 110° C.<br />

The material used in all external parts is ISO 683/Xlll Type 17,<br />

SS 14 2346, DIN 17440 X 12CrNiS188.<br />

The material in the output shaft is ISO 683/Xlll Type 9b,<br />

SS 14 2321, DIN 17440 X 22CrNi17.<br />
