“Luke is an extremely hard worker and very competitive. He just needs a lot <strong>of</strong> experience<br />
<strong>of</strong> playing the game. He always plays the game as hard as he can.” Coach Walker<br />
Before CSI: A three-year letterman in baseball, Luke played at Copper<br />
Hills High School.<br />
He led his team to the state tournament all three years, earning second<br />
team all region honors as a sophomore. As a junior, he hit .592 as was named<br />
first team all region.<br />
His senior season, Luke helped his team to a four th-place finish at state,<br />
while being named second team all-state. At the plate, he hit .458.<br />

Favorite Twin Falls Hangout: Dorm Rooms<br />
Hanging on my bedroom wall are : family pictures.<br />
My most prized possession are my: Oakley glasses.<br />
Interesting Fact: I have been to 32 <strong>of</strong> the 50 states.<br />
Favorite Playground Equipment: Rock Climb<br />
I wish someone would invent: purchases online that would come right out <strong>of</strong> the<br />
computer.<br />
“Tyler is a funky left-handed pitcher with a great feel for all <strong>of</strong> his pitches. He had a<br />
great freshman year. We are hoping he can repeat the job he did out <strong>of</strong> the bullpen.”<br />

Tyler Duffin<br />
Before CSI: Region 18 Reliever <strong>of</strong> the Year as a freshman, Tyler pitched in<br />
25 games, giving up just four earned runs in 34 innings pitched. He finished<br />
with a 1.06 ERA.<br />
Before CSI: A golfer and baseball player at Spanish Fork High School,<br />
Tyler led his team to two league and state baseball championships. As a senior,<br />
he posted the lowest ERA in the state <strong>of</strong> Utah.<br />
Tyler also helped his high school golf team to four league championships,<br />
lettering all four years <strong>of</strong> high school.<br />
Outside <strong>of</strong> school baseball, Tyler played for the Utah <strong>Baseball</strong> Academy.<br />

The thing that is most impor tant to me right now is: my baseball career.<br />
I wish someone would invent: a flying couch.<br />
My advice for a 5-year-old would be: to have dreams.<br />
