Have you been named as an executor of an estate
for a relative or a friend? Are you unsure of your
responsibilities and obligations in this role? In this
session you will learn about estate administration,
including wills, letters of probate, possession of
.assets, payment of debts, proceeds to beneficiaries
and much more. Being an executor involves
considerable responsibility, Jaclyn will give you
the required tools to carry out this role with
confidence.
