Activities for Soft Intervention:
(A) Initial three years of intervention would primarily lie soft In nature
to generate stronger SPV and project formulation for hard Intervention
(CFC as for example).
(B) Domain of soft Intervention will consist the following Important
activities as emerged out of the Diagnostic Study.
1. Trust Building which wiil lead lo stronger joint action plan and
activities by SPV/IA/Cluster actors.
2. Exposure visit to Benchmark cluster to introduce benchmarking
tools and management through good manufacturing practice (GMP).
3. Updating process technology by way of demonstration of updated
technology.
4. Training input to generate upgraded technical skill to pursue
modern technological methods.
5. Capacity building to introduce skill and capability to carry on
development and promotion of cluster as SPV, by association, groups,
cooperative etc.
6. Participation in fairs by the cluster members to improve market
linkage and developing new market.
7. Approach to explore need for CFC whenever necessary by way of
study by expert agency for developing market, design, training centre etc.
