Paolo Reggiani is an expert on food history that has active collaboration with consortia<br />

food - is Vice President of <strong>the</strong> Consorzio Modena at <strong>the</strong> table "- and with museums in <strong>the</strong><br />

Modena area, particularly with <strong>the</strong> Museum of balance Campogalliano, speeches at<br />

conferences and lectures on <strong>the</strong> topic.<br />

Marco Santagata graduated from <strong>the</strong> Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa in Italian<br />

literature. Over <strong>the</strong> years become a university teacher of international reputation, has<br />

published many scientific studies and several novels. By Italians and scholar he is and<br />

one of <strong>the</strong> leading experts on Italian classical opera, Dante and Petrarch and Petrarch. For<br />

several years is part of <strong>the</strong> Jury of <strong>the</strong> narrative section of <strong>the</strong> National Literary Award<br />

Pisa.<br />

Silingardi Luca, an art historian and journalist, honorary inspector of <strong>the</strong> Superintendent<br />

of Modena and Reggio E., is <strong>the</strong> curator of <strong>the</strong> Collections of <strong>the</strong> City of Sassuolo.<br />

Author of numerous essays, he has worked with <strong>the</strong> Superintendent and <strong>the</strong> Museo<br />

Civico di Modena in numerous exhibitions.<br />

Claudio Visentin is Professor of History of Tourism and Cultural Heritage Interpretation<br />

at <strong>the</strong> University of Italian Switzerland in Lugano, former Professor of Sociology of<br />

Tourism, Catholic University of Milan and <strong>the</strong> Sociology of Tourism and History of<br />

International Relations at <strong>the</strong> Bergamo University.<br />
