ATP 9000 Components<br />
Features of the ATP-9000 Include:<br />
Free-floating gripper design allows uniform contact of the gripper teeth along the entire<br />
length of the gripper, giving longer gripper life <strong>and</strong> better pulling characteristics.<br />
Pressure relief valve exerts uniform pressure on the grippers, compensating for light<br />
variations in the tube I.D.<br />
Grippers are segmented, allowing replacement of single gripper segments in the event<br />
of tooth breakage.<br />
Max Pulling force is 13 3/4 tons, assuring ample power for quick, efficient tube pulling.<br />
Grippers are available from 5/8 in. through 1 in. <strong>and</strong> accommodate a wide range<br />
of tube gages.<br />
Optional 18 in. extension kit provides a useful method of removing hard-to-reach tubes.<br />
Intrinsically safe 24 volt control from the pump to the tool.<br />
Versatile hydraulic pump can be used with ATP-9000, HDQ or HDP rams, eliminating the<br />
need for additional investment in other hydraulic pumps.<br />
Optional pendant, HDP-ATP-A 552270, for use with HDQ, HDP <strong>and</strong> RAV.<br />
