Integral education even in the best sense cannot<br />

re enforced. Persuasion by shewing the consequences<br />

of partial choices in respect of exercise of rights and<br />

failure to grow up to realise the full meaning of the<br />

human personality and individuality alone can help the<br />

vigilance that is necessary to preserve the rights.<br />

Otherwise bare rights as demands and privileges to<br />

exist in a particular manner remain to burden the<br />

conscience of the individuals and the society. There is<br />

no easy method by which men must be made to<br />

recognize their individual destiny or their trans-societal<br />

nature in society and it is not a wise way to shew that<br />

individuals are just societal and their rights exist only in<br />

and for the society as such.<br />

Rights of human beings as individuals however<br />

have been fought for, though in each case one had to<br />

fight against one's own rules who did not have the<br />

vision or capacity to liberate men from their servitude.<br />

Wars have hardly been fought for the individual liberty,<br />

or for the realization of his perfection. They have been<br />

fought for property through plunder, pleasures through<br />

reduction and rape, and have established slavery of the<br />

conquered rather than freedom. The recent world wars<br />
