We had an eventful start to March with
Fraser’s Open Day, Membership Renewal
Day and our Annual General Meeting. It
was great to see so many members renew
on that day and as Cath Gomboc pointed
out, the date was eerily coincidental with
our chapter number 9/3/13.
Fraser’s Open Day was a great success with
our members displaying their pride and joy.
Some even won! Well done Paul, Clive,
Willy Wood and Ralph.
Our AGM was a full house event and many
committee members re-nominated
for their positions. We had a few
new nominations (Spike as Activities
Officer, Chris Lawson as Property
Officer and Willy Wood to Fines
Master). We say farewell for now to
Warrigal as Activities Officer and Willy as
Assistant Director and I would personally
Firsty sincere apologies for the lateness of this edition of the
magazine, I had a couple of arguements with technology
recently (including completely wiping my hard-drive) and
just when I thought it was safe to try and produce this again
I accidently knocked my laptop and found that maybe apple
(the fruit) may bounce a bruise an apple laptop just falls
and smashes the screen.
To ensure you get your magazine I have pulled together
some of the information that had been sent to me, and will
produce a bumper issue next time. Our IT guys at work
have just above recovered all my emails and files.
We have a lot of fun stuff in the next edition, so please, I
promise I will try not to smash my laptop or hit the reset
button again, keep the articles and photos coming.
Again, thanks everyone for your continued support and
encouragement with the magazine, without your stories
and photos it does make it hard. I appreciate the time and
effort you all put in to
make this work....

like to thank them for their tireless efforts in
their previous positions. They both worked
extremely hard and are very committed
to our chapter, they will be missed. The
Assistant Director position was hotly
contested by BBB, Clive and Ralph. It was a
hard fought race with BBB pipping Clive and
Ralph at the post. So welcome, Barry and
Alan, I look forward to listening to your ideas
of how to make our chapter even better.

continuing with the LOH Officer role.
