Country Club Membership
With annual subscription to the Country Club,
you will be entitled to access to the following
upon payment of the usual charges:
• Fitness Centre
• Swimming pool, sauna and steam room
• Tennis court
• Croquet lawn
• Fishing in the Sheen River
• Clay Pigeon Shooting
• Horseback riding
• Tee off time in Kenmare Golf Club
(at the standard green fee – alternatively
annual or life-time membership)
• Golf Academy
As a member of the Country Club you will also
be allowed usage of:
• Helipad
• Walking in the woodlands on the property
Priority Access
Priority access will be granted for the following
upon payment of usual charges. This access is
before non residents, but not before
hotel guests:
• La Cascade
• Oscars Bar & Restaurant
• Spa treatments
• The Bar, Sun Lounge and the
• Restaurant Lounge
• The Billiards room
• The Library
Sheen Falls Lodge reserves the rights to refuse
guests of the Country Club access to the abovementioned
priorities, if already fully booked or
if exclusive use is being granted to hotel guests
The following services will be offered at
a charge:
• Accommodations services
• Daily cleaning or cleaning after departure
• Linen service
• Evening turndown service
• Private laundry and dry cleaning
• Chef and butler for private dinners in
your own homes
• Secretarial services
• Delivery of a food and drinks hamper
• Delivery of fresh flowers
• Daily newspaper
membership
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Being a member of Sheen Falls Country Club allows you access to the facilities and
amenities of Sheen Falls Lodge. However, the following conditions apply.
• Access to business centre facilities
• Broadband Internet connection
• Ethernet networked with firewall
(one firewall for all houses)
• VPN possibility (at an extra setup charge)
• E-mail services (forward service or can be
collected from anywhere)
• Voice-mail
Association & maintenance fee
Included in this fee are the following;
• Common area utilities
• Public Liability Insurance
• Outside (general) maintenance of the houses
(Does not include painting)
• Upkeep of the grounds and surrounding
gardens in the development
• Common area lights, Roadway, paths and
pedestrian repair
• Reserve fund contribution (for long term
replacement and refurbishment)
• Sanitation (sewage)
• Refuse and recycling collection
(from Central Point)
• Equipment service
• Janitor services
(including spare keys holding, etc.)
• Arrange and gather estimates for
household repairs
• Concierge services
• Booking of various activities and taxis
• Arrange Airport pickup
• Receive deliveries (at a central point)
• Arrange to book an external babysitter
• Central Satellite TV and radio
• Administration
• Monthly billing service
Certain charges, membership dues and
restrictions may apply to the above services and
facilities. Note: Sheen Falls Lodge can change any
of the above-mentioned services at any time at
its own discretion.
Rental agreement.
Guests renting a house will be granted similar
rights to a normal hotel guest. Rental guests will
however, have restricted access to hotel facilities
at certain periods such as Christmas, Easter etc.
