SUBJECT: Independent Contractor Agreement with Barlow Hatch (ACTION)<br />
REQUESTED ACTION: That the Board of Education approve an Independent Contractor<br />
Agreement with Barlow Hatch in an amount not to exceed $30,000 to<br />
repair and maintain all cafeteria refrigerators located at the school sites<br />
during the 20<strong>09</strong>-<strong>10</strong> school year.<br />
BACKGROUND: Barlow Hatch will be repairing and maintaining all cafeteria refrigerators<br />
for Student Nutrition Services.<br />
