Data Submission Manual
4.1.4. Section 1.3 - Identifiers
IUCLID 5 section 1.3 requires input on identifiers of regulatory programmes.
4.1.4.1. Block "Regulatory programme identifiers"
In IUCLID 5 section 1.3, indicate the following identifiers, where appropriate:
• The REACH pre-registration number;
• The REACH inquiry number;
• For a dossier update, the REACH registration number (or the REACH PPORD
notification number) associated to the initial dossier (it should be available for all
spontaneous updates);
• For an update of a notified substance according to Directive 67/548/EEC, the
notification number (NCD) and the REACH registration number.
In order to indicate these numbers, you must make a selection in the field "Regulatory
programme" and provide the number itself in the field "ID" (Figure 18). If you need to
provide two numbers (e.g. a REACH inquiry number and a REACH registration number)
you should click twice on the "Add" button .
To fulfil REACH requirements relating to data sharing, a registration should be
preceded by either a pre-registration (for a phase-in substance) or an inquiry (for
a non phase-in substance or for a phase-in substance which was not preregistered).
