(2) Print, Copy, Fax and Scan Meters for networked Ricoh original equipment MFPs and Printers that are @Remote compatible.
These would include new Ricoh engines produced from November 2003 or later, as well as non-networked Ricoh devices connected
to the appliance via serial cable. (See the launch kit for product compatibility listing.) Up to 5 devices may be connected using serial
cables to one appliance. Availability of meter data will be dependent upon appliance installation methodology.
(3) Print, Copy, and fax (Scan not included) meters of networked Ricoh original equipment MFP's and Printers based on "GW" / "Next
Generation" Architecture.
(4) Print Meters only for:
Networked non - GW architecture Ricoh MFPs and Printers.
Networked Competitor MFPs or Printers. Print meter accuracy is also dependant upon:
A. Manufacturer
B. Use of third party controllers such as EFI and T/R MicroPress
C. Use of external print servers such as HP or Axis print servers.
(5) The following printing methodologies are not supported:
Non-Networked Printing Devices using USB/Serial. Parallel or BlueTooth printing Technologies.
(6) Suggested Retail Monthly Service Fee based on 33 Months. First 3 Months suggested free trial.
eCopy ScanStation Loyalty Notes:
(1) ScanStation Loyalty - includes ShareScan software, ScanStation key, Desktop Software, Desktop key for 10, and M&S coverage - No hardware. Includes access to all eCopy Connectors
(2) ScanStation Essentials Loyalty - includes ShareScan software, ISIS ScanStation key, Desktop Software, Desktop key for 1, and M&S coverage - No hardware
(3) To order under the ShareScan Loyalty program, the product key and Registration ID of the original product must be provided. When the order is processed the fulfillment is an email with the
product key for the latest version of ShareScan and the product key for the latest version of eCopy Desktop. The email will include instructions for how to access the software to download
as well as notification that the new product has been registered. By using the Registration system and accessing the registration record for the new product, the customer will have access to all
appropriate eCopy Connectors and Services

PCC Integration Options
(1) 001514MIU and 001515MIU are both certificate (A & B) licensing for the RA2K Print and Copy Control (PCC) product. Both
certificates, ordered together, provide 1 single activation license (which can be installed on 1 Ricoh MFP).
(2) The PCC solution is only used with Printer Cost and Security Manager Software.
(3) PCC Version 2.0 w/1Yr Support includes License and 1 Year Support Agreement
(4) PCC Version 2.0 w/5Yr Support includes License and Extended Support Agreement
