Network Support - Hourly Rates $145 per hour (will be billed directly by service provider)<br />
Open Market Networking Charges apply. Below is only a guideline.<br />
On-Site Includes all client services provided on-site by <strong>Ricoh</strong>'s authorized service technicians; includes<br />
troubleshooting, system upgrades, color calibration, additional driver, or utility installation. All on-site service is<br />
billed in quarter hour increments with minimum one hour charge.<br />
Phone Support Consists <strong>of</strong> all trouble shooting client requested services over the phone and will be billed in<br />
quarter hour increments with a minimum charge <strong>of</strong> 15 minutes.<br />
Training Includes all user/network administrator training; will be billed in hourly increments w/min 1 hour charge.<br />
Technical Research, In-House Problem Resolution In-house work to resolve customer application issues,<br />
unique printing requirements, and researching answers with manufacturer resources. Time billed quarter hour<br />
increments; min charge 15 min.<br />
Forms and Applications Development Time spent developing customer applications/specialized programming.<br />
Project Based Consulting services for network printing/scanning support are available on a project basis. All<br />
time will be estimated and a fee proposal outlined before work begins.<br />
WITHOUT SUPPLIES<br />
Delivery and installation within a 60 mile radius is included in the hardware pricing. Delivery, installation, relocation and maintenance in any area beyond<br />
the 60-mile radius will be quoted as an open- market item. Regardless <strong>of</strong> the distance from any authorized sales and service location, if rigging is<br />
required, the charges quoted will be on an open-market basis.<br />
